Due to our
close proximity to your school, we're always glad to answer your
questions in-person during business hours.

Do I have
to pay tax on my purchase(s)?
Yes. GST
(5%) is applied to all transactions.
Textbooks are HST exempt. |

Do you
carry new textbooks?
Yes. The
majority of our stock is new and reflects your school's commitment to
providing students with up-to-date course material. |

How
do I know if you have used textbooks in-stock?
When
available, used textbooks are stocked on the same skid/shelf as the
new copies and are labelled with a USED
sticker affixed to the spine. Remember, this general rule does not apply
to new edition textbooks. |

What if I
can't find any used textbooks in-stock?
If used
textbooks are not available on the day of your
visit, please try again at a later date. Since we buy used textbooks from
students throughout the semester, our stock can fluctuate on a daily
basis.

How do I
know which textbook is required for my course?
We suggest
that you attend your first class before buying any textbook(s).

If a
course code/textbook is not listed on your *flyer, does that mean you don't
have it in-stock?
We have most
of your school's required textbooks in-stock. We are unable to provide a
comprehensive course code/textbook list on our flyer due to limited space.

Can I
sell/trade my used textbooks after my course is finished?
Yes. You may
bring your course textbooks during the first 2 weeks of each semester for
valuation. Generally, we only accept current editions and curriculum specific
textbooks.

How do I
know if you'll buy my textbooks?
Generally, we
only buy textbooks that we can sell during each school term. This
determination is made during each buyback period. It's necessary to bring
your textbooks directly to our store as opposed to presenting a printed or handwritten
list.

Do you remain open throughout each school term?
Yes. We always maintain
standard business hours to help you find the books you need. Please view our main page for store-specific details.
