New Fall 2010 Textbook Rental Program/Lower Price Guarantee:

In order to save you more money this semester, we've initiated a textbook rental program. It's easy: rent it, read it, bring it back. Simply visit our store in person and choose from a selected list of titles to rent your course textbook; use it throughout the duration of your course; bring it back to our store on or before the assigned rental due date. Visit us for more details.

 

In addition to this, since we always sell the same titles and editions as your campus bookstore for less, take advantage of our new Lower Price Guarantee. If you find an identical textbook at the campus bookstore priced for less than our discounted price, we'll offer an additional price reduction on all remaining stock.

Regular Hours:

Monday to Thursday:  10am - 5pm  &  Friday 10am - 4pm

Saturday & Sunday: Closed

We always extend our business hours during peak times at the beginning of each semester & maintain regular hours throughout the entire year. Our extended hours will be posted before the start of each term.

Fall: September 7th, 2010

       As of Sept. 7th:  Tue-Thurs 8am-9pm   Fri 8am-6pm   Sat 10am-5pm   Sun 11am-5pm
Week of Sept. 13th: Mon-Thurs 8am-9pm   Fri 8am-6pm   Sat 10am-5pm   Sun 11am-5pm
 

Buybacks:

Buybacks begin on the first day of each semester. It's always best to sell your textbooks during the first week. The longer you wait, the harder it is to sell.

We pay up to 50% cash for your used textbooks! Amount payable is based on the publisher's suggested retail price. For example, a textbook that originally costs $100.00 is worth $50 cash. Your student photo ID card is required for all cash payouts.

Remember to include any component &/or CD bundled with the textbook, if applicable. 

We do not buy computer software, photocopied books, overstocked titles, or old editions unless they're still in demand/on course.

All buyback decisions are determined by the Discount Textbooks buyer.

 

Refund/Exchange Policy:

Refunds or Exchanges:
Permitted within 14 days (7 days for spring/summer term) from the initial purchase date. Present your original sales receipt along with the textbook in original condition. Must be unused/unopened without handwriting, highlighting, or visible damage. 

Course material purchased during examination periods are final sale.

All refunds & exchanges are made at the discretion of Discount Textbooks management.
